Renovation and extension of a neoclassical villa as a student residence including interior design
There is one on the property Classicist country house style villa from the end of the 19th century, which has been gradually expanded and modified in the past and is used as a student residence and a connecting house. In the course of various interventions in the internal structure and substance of the building, both the internal organization and the external physiognomy were significantly changed. As a result of the planned construction work, the building will be rearranged from the outside and inside, uniformly structured and brought up to a contemporary equipment standard.
